Whoop can't import your sets & reps (no public write API). The play: this app logs your lifts; Whoop logs the strain. At the gym, open Whoop โ start a Strength Trainer / Weightlifting activity, then end it when you finish. This app reminds you automatically.
We can add a tiny Cloudflare Worker so this app reads back each session's strain & heart-rate from Whoop and stamps it onto your log. Needs you to create a Whoop developer app (client ID/secret). Say the word and I'll build it.
