Whoop can't import your sets & reps (no public write API). The play: this app logs your lifts; Whoop logs the strain. At the gym, open Whoop โ start a Strength Trainer / Weightlifting activity, then end it when you finish. This app reminds you automatically.
We can add a tiny Cloudflare Worker so this app reads back each session's strain & heart-rate from Whoop and stamps it onto your log. Needs you to create a Whoop developer app (client ID/secret). Say the word and I'll build it.

Tap start and follow along. Each move opens with a 15-second setup and explanation. The warm-up and cooldown walk you through every step on their own timers; timed holds count down and beep; for everything else you get a big set-and-rep target and count your own sets. Tap Next when you're done with a move. Your screen stays awake the whole time.
Before you tap start, open Whoop โ start a Functional / Bodyweight activity so it logs the cardio strain. End it when you finish.
